THE LOUNGE at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is now taking reservations for its limited-period Christmas cakes and treats. Dressed up in glamorous holiday-inspired colours — ruby red, powder pink and radiant gold — these striking creations bring the Four Seasons dazzle to celebrations at home.

From December 15 to 22, 2023, the Festive Desk will also offer holiday-themed petits fours, ideal as small gifts for loved ones or a delicious dose of self-indulgence. The selection includes special panettones and canelés, which were recently presented as bespoke gifts for guests at the Hotel.

Noel Santa Christmas Cake: A Radiant Holiday Masterpiece

The anticipation for this year's most spectacular confection is finally over, as the Hotel's culinary team proudly presents the Noel Santa Christmas Cake, a true embodiment of festive joy that promises to captivate hearts and palates alike.

Adorned with whimsical Santa and ornament-shaped chocolates, the Noel Santa Christmas Cake is a magical masterpiece that encapsulates the exhilarating wonder of unwrapping Christmas presents. With every slice and every bite, all five senses are awakened, revealing a symphony of colours, aromas, tastes, and textures.

Delight in the rich undertones of black tea harmoniously paired with a vibrant bouquet of flavours, including the tangy allure of raspberry and the nostalgic taste of vanilla, all enveloped in the velvety sweetness of milk chocolate. Christmas Stollen

Elevate holiday festivities with the Hotel’s signature Christmas Stollen, a cherished German sweetbread that is especially served during this season.  Expertly handcrafted by the talented pastry team, this traditional treat is brimming with a delectable medley of pistachios, almonds, sultanas, figs, cranberries, oranges, and — as a special Four Seasons touch — pineapple! An unexpected twist on the customary bread, this Stollen is luxuriously soaked in pineapple rum for an impressive six months, infusing the dried fruits with a remarkable depth of flavour. This delightful creation is then generously dusted with Wasanbon, a fine-grained Japanese sugar.

As time weaves its magic, the Stollen matures into an even more exquisite treat, making it a must-have for all year-end celebrations.

No advance reservations are necessary; simply visit the Festive Desk for an irresistible holiday pick-me-up. These sweet treats also make for charming surprise gifts, ideal for sharing the joy of the season with loved ones and cherished colleagues.

Strawberry and Earl Grey Tart
