Lunch at Vernick Fish Returns to Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center

Launching Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Vernick Fish is raising the bar for lunchtime gatherings with fresh seafood, global flavours and an inventive menu.

Offering dishes inspired by the sea with a selection of vegetable-focused plates and accompaniments, the Vernick Fish lunch menu takes a detailed and seasonal approach to small plate offerings.

“I’m excited to welcome guests back for lunch and have them experience the menu,” says James Beard award-winner Chef Greg Vernick. “Similar to our dinner service, this menu is inspired by the years I spent growing up visiting the Jersey Shore and my love for coastal cuisine. The midday menu provides guests with an authentic Vernick Fish experience while being mindful of the quickness that some require when joining us for lunch, without compromising the quality and craftsmanship of their culinary experience.”

Perfect for those wanting to gather with loved ones, curious connoisseurs seeking a gastronomic journey, and colleagues looking to kick-start creative thinking and develop fresh solutions, an afternoon at Vernick Fish promises to ignite the palate and inspire camaraderie.

Chef Vernick and his talented culinary team have assembled an array of à la carte offerings, including highlights such as the Fried Shrimp Po’ Boy with Potato Chips, an Ocean Trout Rice Bowl, Grilled Black Sea Bass with Heirloom Tomato, Avocado and Sesame, and the Tuna Tartare Lettuce Cup. Of course, guests can look forward to East Coast oysters and a rotating selection from the raw bar, where they can enjoy everything from Snapper Ceviche to Yellowtail Crudo. Complementing the menu is a selection of bubbles, whites, reds and rosés, alongside beers, mocktails and refreshing craft cocktails.
