Vernick Fish announces an exclusive dining event, OCHO Unveiled, in partnership with Tequila OCHO, set to take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the restaurant within Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. This intimate, immersive multi-course dinner will explore the rich flavour profiles of Tequila OCHO, paired exquisitely with seafood dishes crafted by Chef de Cuisine David Paterniti. This event is designed for both tequila enthusiasts and seafood lovers, promising a unique and enlightening experience.

Guests can anticipate an unforgettable evening where culinary artistry meets exceptional tequila. Embarking on a gastronomic journey, guests will experience how different tequila vintages enhance and elevate the taste of seafood. The event will begin with a welcome reception featuring canapes such as Uni Tostada, Island Creek Oyster and Seared Tuna Crudo as guests discover several of Tequila OCHO’s rare vault vintages, setting the stage for an evening of flavour exploration.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a distinct Tequila OCHO expression handcrafted by Lead Bartender Jon Bamonte, showcasing the versatility and depth of tequila. Exclusively to this dinner, guests will have access to the Tequila OCHO archive to enjoy a taste of Plata, Reposado, and Extra Añejo expressions to complement Chef Paterniti’s seafood courses including Fluke Ceviche, Head on Shrimp and Jerk American Red Snapper.
