Jean-Georges Philadelphia, located within Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, announces an exclusive dinner featuring Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Chef Nok Suntaranon of Kalaya on Thursday, June 26, 2025. This event will offer guests an intimate dining experience celebrating the artistry of both chefs while honouring Philadelphia's vibrant culinary community.

The evening represents a true culinary collaboration as Chef Nok brings the authentic flavours of southern Thailand to complement Chef Jean-Georges' renowned French technique and innovative approach. The stunning dining room will be transformed with vibrant and lush florals by Jeff Leatham, creating an elegant atmosphere that captures the essence of a perfect summer evening above the clouds.

“We are so excited to collaborate with Chef Nok and Kayala—a chef we’ve known and loved for many years,” says Chef Vongerichten. “Chef Nok got her start working with us at Jean-Georges Restaurant, where she honed her skills and brought her vibrant spirit to every dish. Thai cuisine and ingredients were a pinnacle part of my training and evolution as a chef, and we’re thrilled to put our heads together to create a menu that truly embraces our personalities, passions, and culinary prowess.”

The evening is set to be a grand celebration and a journey of flavours. Guests can look forward to indulging in a carefully curated family-style dining experience, masterfully crafted by both chefs.  The menu will feature signature elements from both kitchens, beginning with an array of dumplings and appetizers and continuing through courses that highlight the bold, aromatic flavours of southern Thailand alongside sophisticated French-inspired ingredients.

"Cooking with Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is an honour. To serve my family's southern Thai recipes alongside chef's menu is such a joy and we are excited to share this with our community in Philadelphia," says Chef Suntaranon.

The family-style service encourages genuine connection and conversation, reflecting both chefs' deep commitment to hospitality that extends far beyond exceptional cuisine. The evening promises to deliver an experience that honours both restaurants' distinct character.
