Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia Appoints Marek Abraham as Director of Rooms

Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center announces the appointment of Marek Abraham as the new Director of Rooms. With more than a decade of global luxury hospitality experience across a range of Four Seasons properties, Marek brings exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a deep commitment to elevating the guest journey.

Marek joins the Philadelphia team from the renowned Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, where he most recently served as Assistant Director of Rooms, leading a multi‑department operation of more than 250 employees. During his tenure, Marek oversaw notable improvements in Guest Experience Scores, supported strategic talent development initiatives, and contributed record-setting upsell revenue.

A highly respected Rooms leader within the company, Marek has held key roles in Nashville, Maui, Minneapolis, Hampshire (UK), and multiple international task‑force assignments. He was selected as one of only nine global operations leaders to support the brand’s PMS & CRS modernization initiative, advising on systems transitions across Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Billing, and Reporting. His strong ability to navigate pre-openings, change management, brand systems alignment, and cross‑functional operations has made him a standout leader within the brand’s community.

Marek’s career began after graduating with honours from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, where he earned the distinguished Best Dissertation Award. Fluent in English, Czech, and Slovak, he brings a global outlook shaped by experiences across Europe, Hawaii, California, and the American South.
