Families and friends are welcome to indulge in a memorable three-course menu that infuses traditional holiday flavours with modern flair, crafted by Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien and his team, and featuring locally-sourced ingredients and expertly paired wines.

In creating this year’s menu, I was inspired by tradition, memories, and a respect for quality local ingredients."

Guests are invited to settle into the cozy ambiance of CottoCrudo and enjoy a three-course menu featuring dishes such as truffle Brie en croute with cranberry-apple compote and pistachio crumble, roasted turkey roulade with sweet potato purée and green beans, and a rich pecan pie with caramel sauce and mandarin-cardamom sorbet. Each course is paired with wines that were selected by the Hotel’s sommelier.
