Four Seasons Hotel Prague Introduces a Limited-Edition Afternoon Tea Inspired by HBO’s The White Lotus

To celebrate the highly anticipated return of the HBO^® Original Series The White Lotus, Four Seasons Hotel Prague unveils The White Lotus Afternoon Tea. Available at the Gallery Lounge from March 14 to May 4, 2025, this limited-edition experience invites guests to indulge in a refined escape inspired by the allure of the series' third season.

The Gallery Lounge has been elegantly enhanced, evoking the beauty of Thailand. Designed by the hotel florist Ivan Sablatura, the space features vibrant orchids and graceful palms, transporting guests into a world of intrigue and opulence. A bespoke lotus-inspired tea stand and carefully curated menus complete the immersive experience, meticulously crafted to reflect the spirit of HBO’s The White Lotus, filmed in Thailand.

A Culinary Journey Infused with Thai Elegance

Crafted by Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien, Executive Sous Chef Pastry Aniello Turco and Pastry Chef Giovanni Marco Carandino, this picture-perfect Afternoon Tea reimagines Thailand’s rich culinary traditions while embracing the decadent flair of the show.

The menu is a vibrant fusion of bold flavours and refined presentation. Guests can savour a selection of Thai-inspired delicacies, such as Thai Lobster Salad, complemented by root vegetables, shiso leaf, and a touch of sweet chili gel. The Marinated Salmon Rice Cracker offers a perfect balance of mushroom-soy, Prik Laab, and green onion, while the Beef Larb Lettuce Wrap presents a refreshing mix of Little Gem lettuce, green papaya salad, and mint.

For a sweet finale, guests can indulge in creations that harmonize Thai ingredients with modern pastry artistry. The Thailand Entremets combines sour cream, cinnamon, and mango compote, offering a rich yet refreshing treat. The Vanilla Dòk Mái, a toasted Thai vanilla mousse, is elegantly paired with buckwheat praline and caramel curd. Those with a penchant for tropical flavours will delight in the Banana Tartlet, featuring a black sesame crunch and makrut lime Chantilly. No Afternoon Tea would be complete without scones, and this edition offers a unique twist on tradition with fragrant cardamom-ginger scones, a nod to Thailand’s beloved spices, served alongside classic scones with clotted cream and spicy mango chutney.

Cocktails That Tell a Story: From Maui to Koh Samui

Complementing the experience is a curated cocktail menu inspired by the three seasons of HBO’s The White Lotus, transporting guests to each breathtaking location:

• Pineapple Suite: A tropical cocktail capturing the vibrant spirit of Maui, Hawaii (Season 1)
• The Lotus: A sophisticated tribute to the romantic charm of Taormina, Italy (Season 2)
• Coconut Paradise: A tribute to Koh Samui, blending coconut sweetness with Thai pandan (Season 3)

The White Lotus Afternoon Tea at Four Seasons Hotel Prague is available Friday through Sunday from 2:00 to 7:00 pm and is priced at CZK 1,450 per person. Reservations are required in advance at OpenTable.
