Inspired by the charm of romantic Prague and classic Italian flavours, the special Valentine’s edition of Afternoon Tea, “Letters of Love,” is served at The Gallery. Guests can relax over a premium selection of teas and indulge in a specially curated menu by Executive Chef Nicholas Trosien and Pastry Chef Giovanni Marco Carandino. Expect desserts with the sweetness of raspberries, strawberries, and white chocolate, along with surprising savoury bites that add a delicious twist to the experience.

The five-course menu blends bold flavours and exquisite presentations, featuring highlights such as fresh seafood, duck breast, ricotta and beetroot ravioli, and a white chocolate mousse dessert.
