She began at The Ritz-Carlton Dublin before continuing with Mandarin Oriental in Paris and later joining Four Seasons in Paris and Hong Kong, where she developed her expertise in service excellence and team leadership. Her experience in Dubai further strengthened her strategic perspective and operational approach.
