Mohammed Amine began his culinary journey in Marrakech, where he developed a strong foundation in fine dining, international cuisine and luxury hotel operations. Over the years, he progressed through a variety of leadership positions, including Chef de Partie at Palais Mehdi and Namaskar, before joining the renowned Selman Marrakech, where he served as Sous Chef and further refined his expertise in culinary operations, team management and guest dining experiences.
In 2024, Mohammed Amine joined Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr as Executive Sous Chef. Working closely with the culinary leadership team, he plays a key role in overseeing the hotel's diverse dining venues, banquet operations and in-room dining experiences. His dedication to quality, innovation and consistency contributes to delivering exceptional culinary experiences that reflect the highest standards of Four Seasons hospitality.
