His Four Seasons journey began in the kitchens of Milan, and has since taken him to some of the brand’s most iconic properties across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Whether designing a Mediterranean tasting menu in Cairo or curating a modern Levantine brunch in Kuwait, Chef Sebastiano is known for his ability to blend tradition with innovation.
At each stop, he has developed strong kitchen brigades, led ambitious pre-opening projects, and built dining concepts that reflect both global sophistication and local authenticity. As part of the opening team in Rabat, Chef Sebastiano crafted the hotel's culinary identity, drawing inspiration from Morocco’s rich flavors while elevating them through his distinct fine-dining lens.
