With more than two decades of international hospitality experience, Stefane Sabouret brings extensive operational expertise and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality to his role as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr.

Stefane’s career began with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he spent six years gaining valuable experience across Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Relations. He then continued his international journey through a series of leadership positions at some of the world’s most distinguished luxury hotels across London, Dubai and Marrakech.

Throughout his career, Stefane has developed extensive expertise in Rooms Division operations, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Relations and overall hotel management. His professional journey has included leadership roles at Millennium Mayfair, Firmdale Hotels, One Aldwych Hotel and several prestigious Jumeirah properties, including Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel and Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

He also gained valuable senior leadership experience as Director of Rooms at La Mamounia in Marrakech, where he oversaw key operational areas and contributed to delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of Morocco’s most iconic luxury hotels.

After more than two decades in international hospitality, Stefane returned to Four Seasons in 2023, joining Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr during its pre-opening phase. Drawing on his extensive experience across Europe, the Middle East and Morocco, he brings a people-focused leadership approach and a strong commitment to operational excellence.

As Hotel Manager, Stefane works closely with the hotel’s leadership team and colleagues to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. His international perspective, operational expertise and passion for hospitality continue to support Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr in establishing itself as one of Morocco’s leading luxury destinations.
