With nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, Yasser Mazouz brings extensive commercial expertise, international market knowledge and a strong passion for building meaningful relationships to his role as Commercial Director at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr.

Throughout his career, Yasser has developed a diverse background across Morocco and the international luxury hospitality market. He began his professional journey with Club Med in Morocco before joining Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, where he developed extensive expertise in events, MICE and sales.

Yasser later continued his international career with The Ritz-Carlton in Bahrain, where he spent more than seven years progressing through several leadership positions within the sales and marketing division. His journey included roles in group and incentive sales, travel industry and GCC markets, sales leadership and sales and marketing management. This experience further strengthened his expertise in luxury hospitality, international markets, commercial strategy and team leadership.

Known for his thoughtful and results-driven approach to leadership, Yasser believes in combining determination with authenticity. His leadership philosophy focuses on maintaining a clear vision of objectives while building genuine relationships with colleagues, clients and business partners.

Since joining Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr during its pre-opening phase in 2024, Yasser has played an important role in shaping the hotel's commercial strategy and market positioning. As Commercial Director, he oversees the development of the hotel’s commercial activities and works closely with his team and partners to establish Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr as a leading luxury destination in Morocco.

Drawing on extensive experience across Morocco and the Gulf region, Yasser brings a strong understanding of both local and international markets. His passion for hospitality, commercial development and relationship-building continues to support the growth and success of Four Seasons Hotel Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr.
