Enchanting Moments Await This Valentine’s Day at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe

Celebrate the season of love with Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, a luxury boutique retreat comprised of 65 recently enhanced casitas situated in the Sangre de Cristo foothills in northern New Mexico. Romantic Meal for Two in Terra

Terra, the Resort’s signature restaurant serving regionally inspired cuisine, will offer a prix-fixe Valentine’s Day menu for one special evening, Friday, February 14, 2025. The three-course meal for two is priced at USD 225 per couple, and begins with choice of Wagyu Beef Tartare with paprika, shallots, crostini, black garlic aioli and quail egg; Rose & Rosé Salad with raspberries, rose petals, goat cheese, candied pecans and rosé Champagne vinaigrette; or Seared Ahi Tuna, with sesame and fresh avocado. Entrée choices include Crispy Quinoa Black Bean Cakes with zesty avocado crema, Khalsa Farms Greens and citrus vinaigrette; Southwestern Spiced Scallops with couscous and mango; or Braised Short Ribs with ancho chile sauce, creamy polenta and sauteed seasonal greens. Seasonal Sips in Terra Bar

Terra Bar will feature romance-inspired seasonal cocktails for Valentine’s Day weekend, February 14 to 16, 2025, perfect for a toast for two. Options include the Grilled Strawberry Pisco Sour, with Barsol Pisco, grilled strawberry puree, lemon juice and egg white. The Red Chile Tequila Manhattan features red chile-infused Don Julio Tequila, Carpano Antiqua, sweet vermouth and mole bitters. The Love Me Margarita includes Four Seasons Barrel Código Rosa Tequila, cranberry, Cointreau and lime, while the Gentlemanly Manhattan features Gentleman Jack Daniels, sweet vermouth, dry vermouth and Angostura bitters. Also offered will be a selection of seasonal menu items to complement the featured cocktails.

Chocolate Decadence at The Spa

The Spa will offer Chocolate Truffle experiences throughout the month of February 2025. The 80-minute Chocolate Truffle Massage, USD 295, includes an antioxidant-rich, full-body massage with a pomegranate sugar foot treatment and antioxidant rosehip scalp massage. The 80-minute Chocolate Truffle Facial, USD 250, refines the skin and boosts radiance, using locally sourced wildflower honey enzymes and rosehip to support the skin’s natural renewal process. An antioxidant chocolate hydrating mask then leaves skin hydrated, firm and refined. For pampered toes, select the 75-minute Chocolate Truffle Pedicure, USD 90, an ultra-nourishing pedicure beginning with a soothing rose foot soak, followed by an exfoliating sugar scrub and chocolate truffle mask.
