Originally from Glasgow, Scotland, Graham Williamson is a respected leader with more than 20 years of international experience shaped by operational excellence, thoughtful innovation, and a people-first approach to hospitality.
“As General Manager, my responsibility is to ensure exceptional and personalized service for our guests, to support and develop our people, and to guide the hotel in a way that reflects both the values of Four Seasons and the spirit of Seattle,” says Graham.
Graham began his Four Seasons journey as Food and Beverage Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Over the course of his career, he has held progressive leadership roles with the brand across North America, Hawai‘i, Australia, and the United Kingdom, building a reputation for cultivating strong teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in authenticity and care.
Graham’s passion for hospitality began in Scotland, where a part-time role in a local restaurant revealed his love for caring for others and creating meaningful experiences. A graduate of The Scottish Hotel School at the University of Strathclyde with a Bachelors of Arts in Hotel and Hospitality Management, he credits his early experiences with shaping his collaborative and pragmatic leadership style.
Throughout his career, restaurants and bars have remained especially close to his heart. “Dining venues are often the gateway to Four Seasons,” he notes. “They are where guests gather, celebrate milestones, and form lasting impressions. Creating those experiences continues to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of what we do.”
At Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, Graham is energized by the opportunity to lead a property that reflects its destination. “Seattle is defined by creativity, innovation, and an extraordinary connection to nature,” he says. “From the waterfront to the Olympic Mountains visible across Puget Sound, there is a remarkable sense of place here. Each day our team creates experiences that feel elegant, genuine, and deeply connected to the community.”
A loyal supporter of Heart of Midlothian Football Club and an avid traveller with a particular appreciation for Tokyo’s culinary culture, Graham is also passionate about wine and people development. He and his wife, whom he met while working at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai in 2003, are raising their two children with a blend of Scottish and Hawaiian heritage, a reflection of the places and communities that have shaped both his life and career.
With his global perspective, operational expertise, and enduring commitment to genuine service, Graham is poised to lead Four Seasons Hotel Seattle into its next chapter.
