Four Seasons Hotel Seoul celebrates the festive season through a creative collaboration with Swiss luxury watchmaker Hublot and world-renowned flower artist Nicolai Bergmann. From November 21, 2024 to January 14, 2025, dynamic artistic and gastronomy experiences at the luxury Hotel immerse guests in the timeless elegance, inventiveness and craftsmanship at the heart of all three brands.

A Visionary Collaboration

Inspired festive floral art by Nicolai Bergmann in the Hotel’s lobby embodies the energy of creativity and luxury that defines the legendary designer's collaboration with Hublot and Four Seasons Hotel Seoul. Reinterpreting Hublot’s philosophy of the “Art of Fusion” with an artistic touch, this futuristic fusion of silver mirrors, preserved white carnations and hydrangeas, and dazzling objects d’art brings a fresh, visionary elegance to the entry space. Each detail invites guests to step into a world of bold artistry, enriching the festive season with a sense of inspiration.

The Spirit of Innovation

At the Hotel’s award-winning Charles H. bar, a glamorous setting steeped in worldly romance, cocktail connoisseurs can savour two festive Hublot-inspired concoctions created by Head Bartender Odd Strandbakken.

The Hublot Aperitivo transforms the classic aperitivo into a Charles H. signature with burgundy-red colour and savoury flavour, reflecting Hublot’s bold passion and energy. A bright blend of Campari, olives and red vermouth fused with Kori Gin – made exclusively with Korean botanicals – in keeping with Charles H. and Hublot’s shared spirit of innovation, while Sicilian olives balance the drink’s bold, bitter sweet notes with a subtle mildness.

The Hublot Sapphire Glow cocktail celebrates Hublot’s pioneering transparent Sapphire material, which reveals the heart of the watch. A crystal-clear cocktail made with a blend of three varieties of rum, white vermouth, white chocolate, grapefruit, lemon, and orange bitters, rich layers of subtle flavour and full bouquet of citrus aroma echo the unique beauty of Hublot’s original design. As a finishing flourish, both cocktails feature unique ice created by Odd Strandbakken, one carved and one stamped with Hublot logo. Prices start from KRW 31,000.
