Feast on Seasonal Delights at The Market Kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul
The Market Kitchen, the buffet restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, offers pan-Asian and international fare from live stations and generous buffet spreads including seafood, grill, noodle and Korean, using quality local and seasonal ingredients.
Reminiscent of a European market hall with its arcade-like ceilings and tempting aromas, The Market Kitchen provides exceptional cuisines of the Hotel’s restaurants in one place, reflecting expertise from Cantonese restaurant Yu Yuan, Italian restaurant Boccalino, and Japanese restaurant Akira Back. The restaurant is also popular for both business and family gatherings, offering a spacious seating arrangement between tables and also various private room options that can accommodate up to 16 people. Another highlight is that guests can also enjoy the unique experience of seeing the ancient ruins through the glass floor.
The lunch and dinner buffet includes:
- Salad, Cold Cuts and Cheese
- Seafood station of sushi, sashimi and steamed seafood including abalone, lobster craw, king crab and snow crab
- Grilled station including grilled premium sirloin steak, spiny lobster, eel, lamb and LA galbi
