Four Seasons Hotel Seoul brings a fresh take to Korea’s ancient culinary treasures this spring with a K-gourmet inspired room package, creative cocktails and artful decor. In partnership with heritage brand Myeong In Myeong Chon, the new Seoulful Bites package showcases handcrafted artistry from the jangin – masters of Korean food. From April 1 to June 30, 2025, this curated experience includes a K-gourmet gift set and in-room Korean breakfast.

The springtime Seoulful Bites package brings Korea’s 5,000-year-old gastronomic heritage to a modern audience. Guests staying in the sleek and spacious surrounds of the hotel’s guest rooms can enjoy a refined K-gourmet journey. As a welcome drink, guests are treated to a refreshing selection of Myeong In Myeong Chon’s handcrafted Maesil Apple Kombucha and Lemon Ginger Kombucha. An in-room Korean breakfast for two showcases the finest local ingredients in a delicious dishes honouring culture and creativity.

The experience includes an exclusive in-room Myeong In Myeong Chon K-gourmet gift set, created by the jangin. Living in harmony with nature, these Korean masters put their heart and soul into every creation. A selection of seaweed, citrus and corn delicacies and doraji tea tells the story of artisans working to preserve the vitality of the land.

Other highlights of the Myeong In Myeong Chon collaboration include creative cocktails at the hotel’s trailblazing OUL bar. Renowned for its cutting-edge mixology and inspired spin on Seoul’s historic drinks scene, this late-night hotspot honours tradition with a contemporary twist. From April 1 to 30, 2025, guests can discover classic Korean flavours in sippable form through exclusive cocktails such as Sikcho and Doenjang. Each cocktail is paired with handcrafted sweets – a perfect fusion of invention and indulgence.

Throughout the collaboration, and on display until mid-June, a vibrant hotel lobby display celebrates K-gourmet heritage and the arrival of spring. Myeong In Myeong Chon’s artisanal objects and craft tools are set against a spectacular installation by world-renowned flower artist Nicolai Bergmann. Golden straw, refreshing green tones and hand-picked white, yellow and orange blooms bring the season of abundance to life.
