Sky-high city and mountain views set the scene for golden-hour indulgence. This summer, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul reopens its 15th-floor Garden Terrace with Bubbles and Buns. Pairing signature dishes and gourmet burgers with Champagne and an inspired beverage selection, the offering brings a playful new energy to an outdoor dining destination in the city.

Soaring above the skyline, the Garden Terrace is one of Seoul’s most sought-after and rare luxury open-air venues. Secluded within lush greenery, relaxed seating areas offer sunset and evening views of the city and the mountains beyond. From Friday, May 15 to Saturday, October 10, 2026, Bubbles and Buns presents a seasonal concept combining gourmet creations and Champagne. Curated picnic baskets are paired with Champagne, with each basket opened and introduced tableside for added presentation.

Chef-driven signatures reinterpret comfort classics with a refined approach. The King Hanwoo Prestige Burger features 1++ Korean beef layered with Alaskan king crab and finished with a gochujang hollandaise. Lobster Tteokbokki reworks a Korean classic with lobster and a balance of spice, sweetness and umami. As a lighter finale, the Seasonal Fruit Sundae pairs organic soft-serve with peak-season fruit, topped with a fruit sauce poured tableside.

Beyond the signatures, five further burger variations include K-Fried Chicken and Tom Yum Prawn, alongside bites such as Kale and Pumpkin Salad, pizzas and Buddha bowls. Caviar is available as an additional option. Bubbles are available by the glass or bottle, while an extensive drinks menu includes wines, draft beer, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. Whether sharing an after-work cocktail or marking a milestone occasion, the Garden Terrace offers a relaxed yet refined ambience.
