Born and raised in South Africa, Bianca Anderson discovered her passion for hospitality through a love of connecting with people and creating memorable experiences. Her dedication to the industry led her to pursue advanced studies in hospitality management, culminating in a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Hospitality from the University of Johannesburg.

Bianca's career began with operational training across multiple hotel departments before progressing into reservations, group and convention management, and eventually senior leadership roles. Her journey with Four Seasons started in Johannesburg in 2016, where she joined as CORE (Reservations) Manager. Through a combination of determination, curiosity and a people-first leadership style, she quickly advanced to Assistant Director of Rooms before taking on the role of Director of Rooms at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles at Desroches Island.

Having spent more than two years living and working in the Seychelles, Bianca developed a deep appreciation for island hospitality and the unique connections formed between guests, local communities and team members. Her experience leading teams in both city and resort environments has shaped her collaborative approach to leadership and her commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.

Most recently, Bianca served as Director of Rooms at One&Only Cape Town, where she oversaw all aspects of the Rooms Division and continued to build on her expertise in luxury hospitality operations. She now returns to Four Seasons as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, bringing extensive operational experience, a passion for service excellence and a strong focus on developing future hospitality leaders.

Away from the resort, Bianca enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures and spending time outdoors. She believes that the best hospitality experiences are rooted in genuine human connection and is inspired by the opportunity to create lasting memories for guests while supporting the growth and success of those around her.
