Rooted in the Himalayas, Rina Bharati carries the strength, simplicity, and grounded wisdom of her origins into everything she does. A true Himali girl, yoga has been her lifelong guide, shaping her body, mind, and spirit from an early age. Her formal education at the Sivananda Vedanta School of Yoga in Madurai deepened her journey into conscious living and self-discipline, laying the foundation for a life devoted to holistic wellbeing.

Her professional path began in the hospitality world and naturally evolved into roles as a professional therapist and operations specialist. This experience provided her with a deeply practical and holistic understanding of wellness, from refined guest experiences to authentic healing practices. Having worked with globally respected luxury brands including Anantara, Six Senses, and IHG properties, she brings over 12 years of international hospitality expertise across India and the Maldives.

Despite her diverse professional growth, her inner calling consistently led Rina back to yoga, not merely as a practice, but as a way of life and service. Trained in Pre- and Post-Natal Yoga (Garbha Sanskar), Sound Healing, Anti-Gravity Yoga, and Aqua Yoga, she gently integrates traditional yogic wisdom with complementary modalities, creating nurturing and transformative experiences.

A firm believer in yogic philosophy, she sees herself as a mediator, sharing yoga as a profound healer. She does not simply teach yoga; she channels it as a source of balance, strength, and inner harmony, guiding others toward a more conscious and centred way of living.
