A Flavour-Filled Voyage to the Far East

The week begins on Mondays with Asian Street Food Night at ZEZ Restaurant, where Chef Merben transports guests to the bustling night markets of the Far East. The evening features sizzling stir-fries, fragrant noodle bowls, and perfectly grilled delights designed to awaken every sense. Highlights include crispy duck pancakes, delicate dim sum, a roast spit of lamb, and live wok stations that bring the theatre of Asian street dining to life. The atmosphere is enhanced by live music from wonderfully talented local artists, adding rhythm and soul to the dining experience.

Creole Rhythms and Island Flavours

Midweek, the spirit of Seychelles shines at Swaré Kreol on Wednesdays at Kannel Restaurant. The evening begins with management cocktails at 6:30 pm, welcoming guests with the lively presence of traditional Creole dancers and music. The celebration continues under the guidance of Chef Mama Marlene, who brings Seychelles’ rich Creole heritage to the table. Signature dishes include locally caught octopus curry prepared by Mama Marlene, alongside live barbecue grills serving lobster, lamb chops, and other island favourites. With island beats, spirited dancing, and Chef Marlene’s warmth, the evening becomes a true taste of Seychelles.

A Feast Born of the Ocean

On Fridays, Taste of the Sea at Kannel Restaurant takes centre stage. Curated by Chef de Cuisine Mattia, the menu showcases the ocean’s finest flavours. Highlights include a live pasta station by Chef Sumit, an array of freshly made sushi, and a selection of local and tropical seafood, all complemented by a live acoustic set from local artists, creating the perfect ambiance for a memorable night by the ocean.

Exploring the World, One Plate at a Time

Throughout the rest of the week, guests can enjoy a selection of other delicious à la carte menus, thoughtfully crafted to highlight the finest flavours from Seychelles and beyond. Additionally, the newly launched Indian Menu at ZEZ Bar introduces a traditional tandoor, bringing an exciting new element of flavour to the resort’s culinary offerings.
