Available throughout February, one of the resort’s signature experiences, Breakfast on the Runway, started from January 15, 2026 and will go onto the February 15, 2026. On February 14, 2026, The Lighthouse will host a dedicated Valentine’s Day six-course dinner, showcasing seasonal ingredients and ocean-inspired cuisine. The menu includes Foie Gras Mousse with a hibiscus gel; Oysters with kiwi, a cucumber salsa, and salmon roe; Scallops Carpaccio with truffle and a citrus dressing; Bouillabaisse with a saffron broth; Terrine de Légume with a feta cheese cream; Raviolo with lemongrass oil and caviar; Wagyu with beetroot purée and a red wine jus, and a signature dessert of Raspberry and White Chocolate Crèmeux.

“Valentine’s Day is an opportunity to create lasting memories through thoughtful dining experiences,” says Executive Sous Chef Venugopal Unnikrishnan. “The menu is designed around balance, seasonality, and sharing,” shares Venugopal.

Private dining remains a key feature of the resort’s Valentine’s offering, with couples able to reserve bespoke dinners within their villa gardens or on the jetty, with menus tailored by the culinary team and paired with selected wines.

Wellness experiences for couples include the Circle of Connection Spa’s milk-and-honey ritual, featuring Desroches honey and a side-by-side massage followed by a milk-and-honey bath. A curated spa gift is included for each couple. Additional offerings include Couple’s Yoga and Sound Healing sessions, designed to support relaxation and mindful connection.
