From September 12 to 14, 2025,  Zhuo Yue Xuan presents a remarkable collaboration with Chef Yongsheng Li from Michelin-starred Yu Yue Heen at Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. Chef Li, who received the Michelin Young Chef Award Guangzhou 2024, takes guests on a captivating journey of Cantonese flavours, unfolding storied specialities crafted with exceptional ingredients. Signature creations such as Roasted Pigeon Leg Stuffed with wild dried porcini, Braised Chinese Soft-shelled Turtle with garlic and lemongrass, and the refined Ginger-Flavoured Char Siu Pastry will be featured on the menu. The culinary celebration will include a degustation menu priced at CNY 988* per person as well as à la carte selections.
