Après Village & Skate Rink Returns to Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, Introduces Exciting New Food Truck Experience

Get ready for the return of a winter wonderland like no other. Après Village, the beloved seasonal pop-up at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, is back as Après Village & Skate Rink, promising a unique and festive experience for the entire family.

Starting November 17, 2023, and running through January 28, 2024, the outdoor terrace of Quattro, the Hotel's signature restaurant and bar, will transform into an intimate winter retreat adorned with wooden chalets, cozy fire tables, and illuminated alpine trees. Plush plaid cushions and snug pashmina blankets invite guests to bundle up and savour the holiday season.

Après Food Truck

This year, Après Village & Skate Rink welcomes a delectable addition - an innovative food truck inspired by Airstream trailers. "We're proud to be the first luxury hotel in Silicon Valley to introduce a food truck of this calibre," declares Adora Manalo, General Manager of the Hotel. The concept emerged two years ago, and after nine months of meticulous planning, it made its debut at private events. Now, it's open to the public, offering a mouthwatering menu featuring Snake River Farm Wagyu Sliders (with an Impossible Burger option), Raclette Ham & Cheese Sandwiches, loaded fries, Churros with assorted dipping sauces, Nutella Crepes with berries and whipped cream, Hot Chocolate with house-made marshmallows, and a refreshing beer selection.

Après Skate Rink

Glide back into the fun with the return of the Synthetic Skate Rink, a favourite winter attraction, available for all ages. The 45-minute skate sessions under the twinkling California sky cost USD 30 per adult and USD 20 per child up to 12, including skate rental. Reservations are available through OpenTable.

Semi-Private Chalets

For those seeking an intimate experience, semi-private wooden Chalets provide an ideal option for families and groups of four to six. Each chalet is luxuriously designed with blankets, pillows, a personal television screen, and a fire pit. There are five mini chalets, available by reservation only. The menu at Après Village celebrates the finest après-ski cuisine from around the world, featuring delights such as Smoked Salmon Rillete, Kasekrainer Sausage and Mashed Potato, Snake River Farm Wagyu Burger, and Après Winter Fondue.

Of course, no Après experience is complete without the signature s'mores and custom cocktails, perfect for enjoying in the cozy mini-chalets or on the new Après Skate Rink, where snowfall adds to the enchanting atmosphere. After Thanksgiving, step behind the "snow globe" backdrop or hop on the winter sleigh for picture-perfect moments.
