Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley Hosts Special Gospel Brunch to Celebrate Black History Month

In honour of Black History Month, the team at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley is proud to present a special Gospel Brunch on February 15 and 16, 2025, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Quattro Restaurant. This event highlights the rich cultural significance of gospel music and Southern cuisine, providing an immersive experience for guests to enjoy delicious dishes and soulful entertainment in a warm, celebratory atmosphere.

This year's Gospel Brunch will feature Darrey, an exceptional singer, performing live from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm both days. His powerful performances of classic gospel songs will create the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. Guests can enjoy a variety of mouth-watering dishes, including Cajun Shrimp & Cheesy Grits, Southern Style Chicken & Waffles, and Vegan Jambalaya. The brunch will also feature a selection of desserts such as Sweet Potato Pie, Old Fashioned Coconut Cake, and Banana Pudding.

To make the celebration even more meaningful, Quattro restaurant will donate USD 5 for every Gospel Brunch purchased on February 15 and 16 to New Creation Home, a local nonprofit organization that serves the community with essential support and services.
