In celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, Jiang-Nan Chun Dim Sum Chef Wai Hong Man and team presents a quartet of delectable handcrafted glutinous rice dumplings made with generous premium ingredients for guests to enjoy.  Available from May 15 to June 22, 2023 from Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, this year’s offerings include a new sweet dumpling creation, in addition to time-honoured savoury selections.

Making its debut this year, Chef’s Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Lotus Paste is a sweet treat that promises to delight with its accentuated flavours from the smooth lotus paste and delicate aromatic fragrance of osmanthus.

Perennial favourites are not forgotten as the Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Iberico Pork returns with the perfect combination of Iberico Pork, Dried Scallops, Flower Mushrooms, Low-carb Brown Rice, Green Beans and Salted Egg Yolk. For an elevated celebration, guests can choose to indulge in the Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Abalone, a signature parcel of abundance with a generous filling of 18H Abalone, Dried Scallops, Marinated Pork Belly, Flower Mushrooms, Lotus Seeds, Roasted Pork Belly, Chestnuts, Green Beans, Peanuts, Maka Mushrooms and Salted Egg Yolk.

Not to be missed is the parcel of abundance with Chef’s Steamed Glutinous Rice Dumpling with Eight Treasure, both a vegan and vegetarian-friendly rice dumpling filled with the natural goodness of Cordyceps Flowers, Flower Mushrooms, Cashew Nuts, Lotus Seeds, Green Beans, Red Beans, Peanuts, Black-eyed Beans, and Matsutake that is ideal for gifting or for personal enjoyment.

Available for takeaway or delivery, enjoy the rice dumplings with the perfect accompaniment of Jiang-Nan Chun’s house-made XO Chilli Sauce (SGD 48) or Chilli Bean Sauce (SGD 38).
