Four Seasons Hotel Singapore announces its special Father's Day dining offerings to celebrate and honour fathers. The Hotel’s renowned culinary establishments Nobu Singapore, Jiang Nan-Chun, One-Ninety Restaurant, and One-Ninety Bar have curated special set menus and experiences for an unforgettable celebration.

Nobu Singapore

Celebrate Dad with Nobu Singapore’s Bento Lunch Box, available on weekdays (Monday to Friday) at a special price of SGD 65 (usual price at SGD 85) for the month of June 2023.  Alternatively, treat the man of the house to a decadent bottomless semi-buffet Weekend Brunch (SGD 168), which is available every Saturday and Sunday, and spoil him with a host of Nobu staples and exquisite Japanese-Peruvian dishes. To complement the food, Nobu Singapore will also offer bottomless alcohol packages at a supplemental charge, showcasing premium Taittinger champagne and Nobu Matsuhisa white wine, red wine and sake, and craft cocktails.

Jiang-Nan Chun

For dads who appreciate the art of Chinese cuisine, Jiang-Nan Chun offers the best of traditional Cantonese cuisine, and an opulent feast fit for a king, whether opting for à la carte or set menus. Chinese Executive Chef Alec Khoo presents a special Father’s Day set menu from June 10 to 18, 2023, featuring a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary dishes. From double-boiled Duck Soup with Sea Whelk to richly flavoured Cantonese-style Fried Spiny Lobster with Preserved Black Bean Sauce, each bite is a symphony of flavours that will leave a lasting impression.

One-Ninety Restaurant

Embark on a gastronomic adventure at One-Ninety Restaurant on Sunday, June 18, 2023, where fathers will be treated to an indulgent brunch. Enjoy an extensive buffet featuring an array of international and local delights expertly crafted by the talented culinary team and showcasing the finest ingredients. From Roasted Côte de Boeuf and Salmon Fillet Coulibiac at the live carving station to succulent grilled meats at the barbecue station, delectable fresh seafood and decadent artisanal desserts, every dish is crafted with meticulous attention to detail.

One-Ninety Bar

Raise a glass to Dad with the new Secret Garden cocktail menu at One-Ninety Bar.  Sip on 12 creative concoctions that tell the story of culture, unique botanicals, famous landmarks and the iconic bar scenes in Singapore, London and New York.

Beverage Manager Gabriel Carlos recommends Bandstand (a reverse Manhattan), Arethusa (a hybrid between a Vesper and Martini), Dumbo (One-Ninety Bar's rendition of Old Fashioned) or Lightscape (a white Negroni) for fathers who prefer spirit-forward cocktails.
