This year Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests to celebrate the joy of the season with a collection of experiences designed to spark the holiday spirit and create merry memories. From the festive decorations adorning the lobby to the handcrafted seasonal selections of the talented culinary team, there are magical touches throughout the Hotel. Eat, Toast and Be Merry

1. Christmas Eve Dinner – Celebrate Christmas Eve at Cinder House, among the twinkling lights and breath-taking views of the Gateway Arch.  In addition to the signature wood-fired a la carte menu, a sumptuous Prime Rib special is also available for USD 95 and is served with special seasonal sides. For a sweet finish, there is a tempting choice holiday desserts to sip and nibble.  On December 24, 2022, dinner will be served from 6:00 to 9:30pm and reservations can be made on Open Table.

2. Christmas Day Brunch – A festive brunch in Cinder House with Santa on Christmas Day, December 25, 2022, offers a lavish buffet with carving stations, a chef preparing omelets made-to-order, and a waffle bar with all the fixings. Guests can choose from classic breakfast favourites, charcuterie and cheese, a selection of fresh house-made bread and holiday desserts, and more. Holiday cheer will be had at the Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar station, offering a choice of juices and garnishes to create the perfect personalized cocktail. Everyone will make heartfelt memories with a special kid-friendly buffet, visits to Santa, and a Kids Zone to keep young guests entertained. Brunch will be served from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and costs USD 95 per person, USD 40 for children 8 and younger, while children under 2 are free.  For those who opt into the Mimosa and Bloody Mary package, the cost is USD 30. 3. New Year’s Eve Fête - New Year’s Eve in Cinder House will be a lavish celebration with a stylish ambience featuring music from celebrated local artist Sam Golden, a menu of exceptional cuisines, and breath-taking views of the iconic Gateway Arch.  On offer will be a luxurious selection of a la carte specials designed to elevate the celebration to an extraordinary level.  Guests will be able to choose from a luxe list of appetizer and entree options such as Maine Lobster, Caviar, Oysters and freshly shaved Truffle atop homemade risotto. For the ultimate in opulence, the menu will also feature Filet Rossini, a filet mignon topped with a Foie Gras and fresh Black Truffle.  A pairing of exceptional Champagne, sparkling and still wines chosen by the award-winning sommelier team is available. Two seating periods are available with reservation times at 5:30 pm, 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, and again at 8:30 pm, 9:00 pm, and 9:30 pm.  Reservations are required and a USD 250 deposit per person will be taken at time of booking and applied to the final check amount.

4. New Year’s Day Brunch - On New Year’s Day, the celebration in Cinder House continues with a sumptuous brunch spread that includes a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar where a mixologist can create a personally tailored cocktail. Guests can graze at stations serving freshly carved ham, brisket and fish; order a custom omelet; or, dress their hot waffles from a choice of toppings. 5. Holiday Sweets - From the legendary Hot Chocolate Bomb to a plate of traditional holiday cookies, it is easy to find an indulgent seasonal sweet to sip or nibble.  Assistant Executive Pastry Chef Tiffany Gilmore and her talented team of elves have prepared a special menu of holiday desserts, including Mezcal Sipping Caramel served with Alfajores, a Latin American Cookie composed of a delicate butter cookie sandwiched with dulce de leche and rolled in desiccated coconut.

6. Holiday Cocktail – The most festive way to toast the season is the new limited edition cocktail, The Winter Wonderland.  Like a cocktail snow globe, it is served covered with a glass cloche that contains a touch of “smoke” designed to replicate a frosty fog on a crisp winter’s morn, while a sprinkle of powdered sugar looks like a dusting of snow. Small clear boxes filled with fruit are the gift-wrapped garnish.  Made with Hendrick’s Gin, raspberry puree, lime juice and ginger beer, it is adorned with rosemary “tree” sprigs. 7. Pop-up Shop - The Holiday Pop-Up Shop on the hotel’s eighth floor offers a one-of-kind, homemade selection of sweet and savoury delights - from chocolate ornaments and gingerbread trees to Chef’s secret recipe spice rubs. There are luxuries from the spa available. Open Saturday and Sunday from November 26 through December 25, 2022, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

8. Neiman Marcus Experience – Four Seasons has partnered with legendary retailer Neiman Marcus to add a little more joy and sparkle to holiday shopping. The Neiman Marcus Experience includes a private transfer to the store, consultation with a Client Advisor, complimentary lunch at The Mariposa Restaurant, and an afternoon of pampering in the beauty department. Guests can also experience the luxury of Neiman Marcus without leaving the comfort of the Hotel.  A personal stylist will curate the perfect selection of merchandise and offer shopping services from the privacy of a guest room.
