Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis is partnering with Neiman Marcus to add joy to holiday shopping and leave more time to be merry.  Guests can choose to immerse themselves in the posh ambiance of the luxury retailer at its Frontenac Mall location or have the store come to them for shopping in the comfort of their Four Seasons guest room.

In-Store Shopping Experience

Hotel guests are whisked to the Neiman Marcus store by private transfer where they will meet with a resident Neiman Marcus Client Advisor for a personal shopping consultation.  Following that, they are treated to a complimentary gourmet lunch at The Mariposa Restaurant inside the store.  There is also an opportunity to schedule personalized skincare and makeup consultations as well as Fragrance Profiling with a beauty advisor.  To simplify gift giving even more, complimentary gift-wrap for purchases made during the appointment is also included.

In-Room Shopping Experience

Guests can also opt to enjoy the luxury of Neiman Marcus without leaving the comfort the Hotel. This in-room experience starts with a personalized phone consultation with one of Neiman Marcus’s resident experts to discuss style preferences and wardrobing needs. Then, the personal stylist will curate the perfect selection of merchandise and bring it right to the guest’s room for discrete shopping without having to leave the Hotel.  Guests can also share their holiday gifting list and allow the experts at Neiman Marcus to help choose the ideal present. Upon request, gifts will also be beautifully wrapped and they will even take of shipping, if necessary.
