Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis Debuts Elevated Dining Experiences

September 29, 2025,
St. Louis, U.S.A.

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis introduces two new culinary experiences designed to delight guests with refined flavours and unforgettable settings.

Perfect Pairings

For those who savour sophistication, Perfect Pairings presents a five-course luxury tasting menu of refined, seasonal small bites, each accompanied by a bespoke cocktail. What makes the experience truly unique is the collaboration between the chef and mixologist, who work in tandem to craft dishes and drinks that heighten and harmonize with one another.

Unlike a traditional set menu, Perfect Pairings evolves with each offering, giving the chef and mixologist freedom to showcase their creativity and inspiration from the season’s freshest ingredients. Guests can expect something entirely new with every visit—an ever-changing, immersive journey where flavours are designed to surprise, complement, and elevate both plate and glass.

Perfect Pairings is served in a private dining room for a minimum of four guests and a maximum of ten guests, available Tuesday through Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, at USD 150 per person.

The Sky Dinner

Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis also unveils the Sky Dinner, an exclusive family-style rooftop dining experience with panoramic views of the Gateway Arch. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal cooked live over Missouri oak by Chef de Cuisine Joseph Simonic and served tableside with artistry and flair. For the evening, guests have the chef entirely to themselves, ensuring a personalized and immersive culinary experience. Menu highlights include indulgent starters such as onion dip with caviar and seasonal vegetable chips, St. Louis-style ribs, and grilled shrimp skewers, followed by signature mains such as whole branzino and grilled beef skewers, and a finale of grilled lacquered pineapple with vanilla pound cake and seasonal ice cream.

The evening also includes private access to the Game Deck at sunset, where guests can relax and play rooftop games in a one-of-a-kind setting above the city. Designed to be both intimate and versatile, the Sky Dinner is perfect for a romantic evening for two or an elevated gathering for up to six guests.

The Sky Dinner is available Tuesday through Thursday at USD 395 per person, with the option to add a curated wine pairing for USD 55.

Both Perfect Pairings and The Sky Dinner are now available at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. Reservations are highly encouraged due to limited availability. Guests may book by contacting Four Seasons directly at privatedining.stlouis@fourseasons.com
