Davide Mastrangeli's love for cooking began with fond memories of his mother's cooking creations and the rich and diverse food cultures he experienced while traveling to various countries. The unique cultures of different countries gave birth to distinctive regional cuisines, which kindled his passion for culinary art and initiated his career dedicated to working in different countries and regions across the globe, spreading the wonderful magic of cuisine to families in more nations.

Davide enjoys traveling to various places to enlighten his culinary inspiration. The unique food culture of each region, especially the local seasonal ingredients, always gives him endless creative ideas.

Davide's work resume spreads all over the world. He has left a deep mark in luxury hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, including Armani Hotel in Dubai, Shangri-La and Ritz-Carlton in Shanghai, as well as well-known restaurants in Rome, London, and Taipei.

He has shown extraordinary attainments in the culinary field and has a profound understanding and rich practical experience in modern classic Italian cuisine, fusion cuisine, Asian cuisine, bistro style, Mediterranean cuisine, and luxury banquets. In his culinary philosophy, food hygiene and the quality of dishes always come first.

Joining Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is David’s first time to join Four Seasons, and he was full of anticipation for it. He brings a luxurious dining experience to the guests here at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou.

Davide is not only outstanding in culinary skills but also a passionate and broad-minded person in life. He loves swimming and photography. During his leisure time, he will go on vacation with his wife and son and embark on a journey to explore new experiences.
