It’s officially 2025, and Grain Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is leaning into its iconic location and local roots and inviting Sydneysiders to indulge in the quintessential summer pairing: artisanal gin and fresh Sydney Rock Oysters, and inviting guests to become their own G&T connoisseur.

The Summer of Gin will run from Tuesday, January 7 to Thursday, March 6, 2025, highlighting the talented Mixology Maestros of Grain Bar through a curated menu of elevated Gin Martinis and G&Ts, paired with half a dozen premium Sydney Rock Oysters, all for just AUD 34 per person. Available Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, this is the passport to a true taste of Australian summer.

If Martinis aren't quite one’s thing, as part of the Summer of Gin experience, guests can try their hand at creating their own G&T, with Grain Bar’s talented bar staff helping guests choose their own gin, tonic and garnish.

Guests can handpick their preferred gin from standout local favourites such as Grain Bar Gin (produced in collaboration with Bondi Liquor Co.), Hickson House Oyster Shell and Four Pillars Bloody Shiraz.  For those with a taste for the classics, internationally celebrated gins such as Hendricks, The Botanist, Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru, and Roku Gin are also on offer. The gin experience doesn’t stop at the spirit itself.  Guests can select from a range of premium tonics, including Fever-Tree and house-made infusions, and complete their creation with an assortment of garnishes - spices, fresh fruits, and aromatic herbs - to create a drink that perfectly matches their palate.

Located just moments from Sydney’s iconic Circular Quay, Grain Bar offers a sophisticated yet relaxed setting that showcases the essence of Sydney’s iconic sites.
