The yearly celebration of love is just around the corner and this Valentine’s Day, Mode Kitchen & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney invites lovers to step back in time for the ultimate romantic night out. Experience the magic of Valentine’s romance with Mode Kitchen & Bar’s Valentine’s Day Dine & Dance event. On Friday, February 14, 2025, couples can indulge in a three-course dinner, live music, salsa dancing, and memories to last a lifetime in a glamorous celebration of love.

Guests will begin the evening with a glass of sparkling wine as they make their way into the relaxed yet upscale atmosphere for a night of enjoyment together. As the evening unfolds, enjoy a bespoke three-course Valentine’s Day menu featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, including a signature dessert designed exclusively for this romantic occasion. Guests will be invited to choose from a range of tantalising dishes for their meal, with menu highlights such as Sydney rock oysters, lobster with vanilla butter and saffron potato puree, wagyu beef with black garlic and bearnaise, truffle risotto and more. To top it off, Executive Pastry Chef Nicolas Blanc will have prepared a two-flavoured Love to Share cake, providing a sweet end to a memorable evening of dining delights.

After dinner, it’s time to salsa with vibrant music and a salsa dance lesson by a Latin dance teacher, set to make this a real night to remember.

For an extra special touch, guests can surprise their loved one with a beautiful long-stemmed rose, available complimentary on the night.
