Silvia’s career reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence. She began at Rosewood Beijing and joined the Four Seasons family in 2016, gaining rich experience in the fine dining world. Later, she joined a prominent restaurant group based in Nanjing, where she managed seven diverse restaurant concepts. In 2023, she returned to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Outside work, Silvia is an avid traveller. She channels her passion for food and beverage into exploring local cultures and culinary traditions worldwide - discovering inspiration in every corner of the globe and bringing fresh ideas back to the kitchen.
