Marking the arrival of spring, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is offering a festive lineup of Easter specials. As blooming blossoms flourish, guests can celebrate in signature Four Seasons style with curated menus, sweet creations and seasonally curated gifts.

Easter Brunch at Café Boulud

Guests are invited to create meaningful memories with Easter Brunch at Café Boulud. Chef de Cuisine Colin Henderson has prepared a selection of featured menu items in addition to reimagined classics with the long weekend’s decadent two or three-course brunch. Enjoy housemade treats and savoury items, including duck confit hash, Scotch eggs, a lamb burger, a special Easter egg dessert and more.

Easter Brunch is available from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday, April 8, through Monday, April 10, 2023 at Café Boulud.

Blooming Afternoon Tea at d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud

The Hotel’s street-level lounge, d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud, is celebrating the season with Blooming Afternoon Tea. Guests can experience an afternoon of sophistication and delight as they indulge in the reimagined tradition with a selection of sweet and savoury bites served alongside a choice of premium loose-leaf teas and a glass of Champagne. Available from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm every Saturday and Sunday until June 2023 for CAD 95 per person.

Also at d|bar by Chef Daniel Boulud, Chef Maru Cacho has created an exquisite Easter menu featuring refined dishes that reflect the season, including corn pancakes, a sharable seafood tower, truffle grilled cheese and a lamb and egg skillet. d|bar’s Easter menu will be available beginning Saturday, April 8, to Monday, April 10, 2023 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
