For CAD 75 per person, the menu features an elegant array of seasonal dishes including classics such as beef tartare with egg yolk purée, softly scrambled Conestoga eggs enriched with crème fraiche (with the option to add luxurious oscietre caviar), smoked white fish rillette, and a crispy duck egg paired with frisée, smoked bacon and bleu d’Élizabeth.

Main courses continue the indulgence with saucisson en brioche topped with a fried duck egg, hot smoked rainbow trout, a caramelized pain perdu with berries and orange caramel, a comforting croque monsieur, and a Benedict with sautéed mushrooms and velvety béarnaise.

To conclude the experience on a playful and decadent note, guests can enjoy a smashable carrot cake for CAD 49, a festive dessert designed to be cracked open at the table to reveal a sweet surprise.

Café Boulud welcomes guests for a memorable Easter dinner. The highlight of the evening is a beautifully roasted Alberta lamb saddle served with merguez-stuffed morel mushrooms, wild spring onions and a bright nettle emulsion—a dish that brings together richness, freshness and the first tastes of the season.

Dinner guests can also enjoy the smashable carrot cake for CAD 49; a whimsical, interactive dessert featuring a combination of carrot sponge, coconut cream cheese mousse and ginger carrot coulis.
