Floating Garden: An Immersive Spring Art Experience

Beyond Mother’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Toronto celebrates spring with a new art installation at Le Café Coffee Bar.

In collaboration with Toronto-based artist Amanda McCavour, the site-specific textile installation, titled Floating Garden, features approximately 500 embroidered thread flowers and 250 pollen forms suspended upside down from the ceiling. The immersive canopy transforms the space into a gravity-defying garden, drawing on the rich history of botanical embroidery while allowing delicate floral forms to shift subtly with the movement of air and visitors below.
