Jenny Simonson began her career in 2001 at Four Seasons Resort Aviara as Residence Club Sales Documents Coordinator, later advancing to Residence Club Sales Operations Manager. After a brief time away, Jenny returned to Four Seasons in 2006 as Director of Residence Club Sales Operations in Scottsdale.
In 2008, Jenny transitioned into finance, returning to Aviara as Staff Accountant. Her progression continued as Assistant Director of Finance in 2016 and subsequently as Director of Finance at Westlake Village in 2018. In this role, Jenny co-managed a USD 50 million renovation and partnered with operational teams to navigate the challenges of COVID—demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to both colleague and guest experiences. These achievements led to her promotion to Hotel Manager in Westlake Village in 2021. As Resort Manager, Jenny oversaw the addition of the transformational USD 20 million Cove Pool, Kitchen, and Bar in 2023. Under her leadership, the property garnered wonderful accolades and significant media attention showcasing creativity and operational excellence. Jenny’s success is rooted in her authentic leadership, integrity, and unwavering drive to elevate every aspect of the guest and colleague experience.
Outside of work, Jenny enjoys outdoor activities with her husband Brady, exploring hiking trails, attending live sporting events, cheering for the San Diego Padres, and spending time with their two beloved cats—Tina and Gene.
