Celebrity and Local Chefs Unite for All-Star Culinary Showcase at Four Seasons Hotel Washington DC for the Fourth Annual Wine and Dine

Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC and Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak DC announce the return of the fourth annual Four Seasons DC Wine and Dine, a two-night culinary celebration in partnership with Company Fine Wine. Taking place November 13 to 14, 2025. Wine and Dine brings together celebrity chefs, acclaimed local talent, and world-class wines and spirits to support cancer research at MedStar Health.

The celebration begins on Thursday, November 13 with an all-star culinary showcase at Bourbon Steak DC. Guests will enjoy an immersive evening featuring premium chef action stations, passed hors d’oeuvres, and wine and spirit tastings with both celebrity and leading local chefs cooking side by side. The night will feature headlining culinary icons including David Burke, James Beard Award-nominated chef celebrated for his inventive American cuisine; Antonia Lofaso, renowned Top Chef alum and restaurateur; and host Michael Mina, joined by Bourbon Steak DC’s Executive Chef Quentin Welch. The lineup continues with the city’s best local talent, with more details to come. Décor by acclaimed event designer Stephen McGee will transform Bourbon Steak and Four Seasons spaces.

On Friday, November 14, the celebration continues with an intimate, four-course seated Fine Wine and Celebrity Chefs Dinner. Michael Mina, Quentin Welch, David Burke, and Antonia Lofaso will each present a signature dish, paired with exceptional wines curated by Company Fine Wine, featuring offerings from Bella Oaks, Kinsman Eades, Laurent-Perrier, Lost Mountain Vineyards, Rudd Estate, and Williams Selyem. The evening concludes with a dessert and spirits lounge, featuring IWA Sake of Japan, Rare Character Whiskey, and The Macallan.

Wine and Dine continues the hotel’s 46-year commitment to cancer research, building on its founding of the Race to Beat Cancer. Proceeds will benefit cancer research at MedStar Health, supporting clinical trials, innovative therapies, and patient care at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital and MedStar Washington Hospital Centre. Funds will also advance cancer research, expand access to leading diagnostics and treatments, including stem cell transplants, and support essential survivorship services such as transportation, lodging, nutrition, and social care. The event further strengthens collaboration with Georgetown University’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Centre, the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer centre in Washington, DC.
