Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler elevates the everyday with the introduction of The 0% Lounge, an exclusive first on the Whistler scene. Perfect for guests seeking to soak up the sun sans hangover, The 0% Lounge promises an exquisite experience, ensuring that the absence of alcohol does not compromise taste, complexity, or fun.

Guests can escape from the everyday on the new, elevated outdoor patio space, savouring the sweeping sunsets and luscious libations, encircled by pines, and shaded from the sun with the addition of optional umbrellas. Sleek, yet minimalistic chairs and tables furnish the space, playing on light with a clean, crisp feel (just like the offerings) that blends with the natural surroundings.

A carefully curated selection of wines – to be enjoyed by the glass or by the bottle – and beers are also available, ensuring low calorie choices without compromising on flavour. Bottega Sparkling Rose is a sweet sip, while Canadian favourite Loxton offers both a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Semillon Chardonnay. Classic brands such as Corona and Guinness also feature, quenching thirst alongside a range of IPAs, Lagers and Pale Ales.

A dash of joie de vivre and a playful elegant twist results in a Zero Tales menu crafted with the great outdoors in mind, destined to refresh and replenish after a day of adventuring. With a revolving selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, the menu exclusively sources premium zero-proof ingredients. Garden Reverie is as refreshing as a summer’s breeze, while Alpine Glow puts picturesque to palate with its citrus-y sweet symphony. A rotating selection of mocktails make up Once Upon Whistler, which stands as tall and proud as its namesake, while Artisan’s River changes on a daily, delicious basis.

“From the ingredients and garnishes, to the glassware, the artistry behind these drinks is equal to those of traditional cocktails, and flavour takes centre stage,” says Ujjawal Khatkar, Director of Food and Beverages at the resort. Just like any cocktail, a mocktail is about balance and how the various elements work together. “A mocktail should be distinctive, maybe a little unexpected, and capture the senses,” Khatkar says.
