Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler Celebrates Earth Day with Curated Nature-Inspired Experiences
In honour of Earth Day on April 22, 2025, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler invites guests to embrace the season through a collection of mindful, mountain-inspired experiences. Rooted in sustainability and the beauty of spring, this year’s programming is thoughtfully designed to foster a deeper connection to Whistler’s unique environment.
Plant-Based Dining with Chef Natalie Prhat
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler highlights its evolving plant-based offerings through a collaboration with acclaimed Canadian Chef Natalie Prhat. Known for her bold, flavour-forward approach and creative use of seasonal ingredients, Chef Prhat brings fresh perspective to the Resort’s existing menus. This partnership reflects the Resort’s ongoing commitment to wellness and culinary innovation. Guests can enjoy featured plant-based dishes throughout Braidwood Tavern’s breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus, as well as through in-room dining.
Exploring Whistler by E-Bike
Guests can rent an e-bike and enjoy a self-guided ride through breathtaking local terrain. With scenic trails linking the village to alpine lakes and quiet forest paths, e-bikes offer a sustainable, low-impact way to explore the area. As part of the Earth Day offerings, this experience encourages guests to engage with the land at their own pace while reducing their environmental footprint.
Private Forest Bathing
Featured in this year’s Earth Day programming, guests have the opportunity to book a private forest bathing experience. Through breathwork and sound healing, participants are guided to slow down, engage the senses, and connect deeply with the Earth. Surrounded by the quiet rhythms of the forest, the session offers a moment of reflection and stillness. It concludes with an intention-setting practice and a take-home postcard, serving as a meaningful reminder of the bond between self and nature.
Nature Walk and Paint Your Lake View
Winding through Whistler’s scenic Lost Lake trails, this guided nature walk leads to a tranquil lakeside viewpoint for a plein air painting session. Blending gentle movement with creative expression, this bookable experience offers a moment for guests to pause, observe, and connect with the earth in a grounding activity.
Guests are invited to take part in this celebration of the earth and the arrival of spring, through immersive experiences that reflect Whistler’s natural beauty and the Resort’s spirit of environmental mindfulness.
