The miniature Miffy generously shares every ingredient that she has collected; from the aromatic black truffles, the sweet and declicious foie gras, the silky-smooth mushroom mousse to the delicate and fragrant caviar. Cuttlefish Rose Blinis and the assortment of savory delicacies tantalizingly invite guests to join her in a magical exploratory journey of the mountains, oceans and orchards.

Miffy has created smooth and tender Mont Blanc with chestnuts from the forests and garnished the almond butter cake with red nuts that she picked in the orchards. After hiking through the fantasy forests, Miffy and her friends have harvested the sweet and sour Yuzu with cream cheese and mousse. Be enchanted by the tantalizing world of passion fruit and mango, chocolate eclairs and peanut caramel chocolate lollipops, and be amazed by these unique flavours in her magical kingdom.

Miffy’s Wonderland-Themed Festive Afternoon Tea includes four types of savoury appetizers: Cured Yellow Tail with Granny Smith Apple Verge and Grapefruit Caviar, Cuttlefish Rose Blinis with Finger Lime and Caviar, Foie Gras Terrine with Raspberry Jelly and Biscuits, Mushroom Mousse with Sourdough Bread and Black Truffle. The set also includes five exquisite desserts: Chestnut Mont Blanc, Almond Cream Log Cake with Red Berries, Cheese Cream Mousse with Yuzu, Chocolate Éclair with Passion Fruit and Mango, Peanut Caramel Dulcey Chocolate Lollipop. Guests can also pair plain or dried fruit scones with a selection of coffee and tea.

From November 25, 2023 to March 31, 2024, guests can experience Miffy’s Wonderland-Themed Festive Afternoon Tea at the Lobby Lounge of Four Seasons Hotel Beijing at CNY 288 per set for single person, and CNY 518 per set for two persons. Guests who order the afternoon set for two persons will receive a complimentary Miffy plush toy. For an additional CNY 100 per person, guests may choose from one of five traditional Chinese tea selection. All prices are subject to 15 percent service charge.
