Bar Antoine at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane announces its Friends of Bar Antoine Guest Bartender Series. The ongoing series offers guests a passport to world-class mixology experiences, featuring a line-up of internationally acclaimed bartenders, all within the lively ambiance of London's Bar Antoine.

The series will see bars including Múzsa (Budapest), ISA (Madrid), VIRTÙ (Tokyo) and OUL (Seoul) take over Bar Antoine, with each bartender creating a limited-edition menu exclusively for Bar Antoine. Each event will showcase unique cocktails, the bar and bartender behind them, delving into the artistry, magic and science of cocktail making, offering an experience unavailable anywhere else. Prepare for adventurous drinks, unparalleled company, and nights filled with stories.

The line up includes:

Ádám Rédli – A Connoisseur of Mixology: November 23-24, 2023

The series began with Ádám Rédli, a renowned figure in the global bartending scene. With rich experience in London's best bars and currently the celebrated Bar Manager at Múzsa in Budapest, Ádám is renowned for his meticulously crafted cocktails that blend local history with exotic culinary flavours. His signature style embodies precision, consistency, and uniqueness.

Ádám Rédli's exclusive cocktails will include:

  • Sunglow: Featuring Canaima Gin, Pisco, Almond, Saffron, Lemongrass Bubble, and Passion Fruit
  • Violet: A delicate and crisp mix of Parson Grapy Gin, Açai Berry, Lemon, Aronia, Cassis and Verbena Mousse
  • Dragon's Blood: A blend of Macallan 12Y Double Cask Scotch Whisky, Múzsa’s Macadamia Malt and Maple, Cherry Heering, Verjus
  • Emerald: A vibrant, salty, and vegetal cocktail with Patron Silver Tequila, Bacanora, Ancho Reyes Verde, Salicornia, Yuzu, Cucumber, Volcanic Salt, and an optional Jalapeño twist

Miguel Pérez Muñoz – The Artisan of Elegance: December 14-15, 2023

Miguel Pérez, the celebrated Head Bartender of ISA at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, is set to grace London with his sophisticated and elegant approach to cocktails. His creations reflect his deep connection with Madrid’s dynamic bar scene, infused with inspirations from Japanese short-form poetry.

Keith Motsi – The Charismatic Mixologist: February 21-24, 2024

Keith Motsi, the dynamic force behind VIRTÙ at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, is known for his compelling blend of charisma and meticulous attention to detail. Guests can expect an extraordinary drinking experience, marked by Keith's personal touch and his famous dance moves.

Odd Strandbakken – The Scandinavian Cocktail Innovator: March 27-30, 2024

Odd Strandbakken, who has been instrumental in shaping cocktail culture at OUL Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, will showcase his approach to minimalist, clean cocktails. His passion for local produce and house-made products shines through in his innovative drinks.
