Spoil loved ones and celebrate romance this Valentine's Day at Pavyllon at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, with the special Love Week menu, priced at GBP 160 and served from February 12 to 18, 2024.

Multi-Michelin starred Chef Yannick Alléno has curated an indulgent six-course menu that is a tribute to love, British products and culinary artistry, delighting diners with the finest quality ingredients and influences from Alléno’s French background and trips to Japan.

The meal begins with a tempura shisho leaf topped with caviar and a decadent foie gras roll with a port wine jelly. Chef Yannick has created a delicate scallop and black truffle raviole for the third course followed by a succulent duck breast with daikon radishes and beetroot powder. The meal is rounded off with two sweet courses - a vibrant raspberry sorbet with tarragon oil and light cream and a fragrant spiced cherry, cardamon and chocolate sorbet with meringue.

Set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, Pavyllon brings Chef Yannick’s refined neighbourhood dining style to London in his first venture in the capital, offering a British expression of his signature modern French dishes, within one of Mayfair’s most prestigious addresses.

The focal point of the restaurant is the open kitchen, framed by an expansive wood-framed counter, seating 30 and allowing guests to have a Chef's Table experience within the main restaurant itself.
