Enjoy Race Weekend at Four Seasons Hotel Madrid

To celebrate the motor racing weekend coming soon to Madrid, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is presenting a culinary experience inspired by the world of speed. Located in the hotel lobby, El Patio invites both guests and local residents to soak up the competitive atmosphere right in the heart of the capital with a special menu and four original helmet-themed haute pâtisserie creations.

From September 1 to 13, 2026, Spritz Sprint presents a selection of cocktails and savoury bites created especially for the occasion. This casual yet sophisticated experience brings the excitement of a major event in the motor racing world to El Patio.

The menu features three spritzes that are named after the world of motor racing and speed:

• Pole Position Spritz: Mestres 1312, Aperol and grapefruit soda.
• The Monumental Spritz: Mestres 1312, black elderflower liqueur and tonic water.
• Valdebebas Sequence: Mestres 1312, Sfumato Amaro and lemon soda.

By way of a pit stop, diners will be able to choose from three savoury bites created especially for the occasion: fried plantain with grilled pig’s ear, spicy brava sauce, pineapple and avocado cream; morcilla blood sausage croquette with a roasted pepper emulsion; or Russian salad with anchovies served on regañá.

Spritz Sprint costs EUR 20 and includes a spritz and a savoury bite of your choice.

Four helmet-themed haute pâtisserie pastries to savour the competition

From September 10 to 13, the event culminates with four individual helmet-themed creations made by the pastry team at the hotel. Each one offers a different combination of flavours and textures:

• Casco Rojo – Cheesecake & Raspberry: light cheese, compote and raspberry cream mousse, Red Velvet sponge and crispy crunch.
• Casco Azul – Vanilla & Cassis: ganache and cassis compote, vanilla cream, hazelnut sponge and crispy crunch.
• Casco Tiffany – Citrus & Yuzu: citrus mousse, yuzu cream, almond sponge and crispy crunch.
• Casco Naranja – 70% Dark Chocolate, Vanilla & Hazelnut: whipped dark chocolate cream, vanilla and hazelnut pralines, hazelnut sponge and crispy crunch.

At a price of EUR 17 each, these creations bring the world of motor racing into the realm of haute pâtisserie.
