This holiday season, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis invites guests to revel in the spirit of celebration. From the warmth of Mara and the cozy charm of the Nordic Village to the sweetness of Socca Café and the serenity of The Spa, the Hotel transforms into a festive haven where connection and culinary artistry take centre stage. 

The Holidays at Mara

Led by James Beard Award–winning Chef Gavin Kaysen, Mara welcomes the holidays with a lineup of signature events and seasonal indulgences that bring people together around the table.  

Thanksgiving Buffet: Thursday, November 27, 2025 | 11:00 am – 7:00 pm 

• A refined take on the classic Thanksgiving meal, featuring oven-roasted turkey, cornbread stuffing, and seasonal pies.
• USD 145 for adults | USD 45 for children 12 and under. 

Brunch with Santa: Sundays, December 7 and 14, 2025 | 10:00 am – 2:00 pm 

• A family favourite returns with a live carving station, egg specials and a dessert display with Bûche de Noël, Gingerbread Cookies and a Chocolate Fountain.  
• USD 95 for adults | USD 45 for children 12 and under. 

Saturday Afternoon Tea: Every Saturday starting December 13, 2025, with seatings at 11:30 am and 1:30 pm 

• Afternoon Tea at Mara invites guests to slow down and savour the art of gathering, with tiers of delicate pastries, seasonal bites, and thoughtfully selected tea.

The Mara Cellar Series: Thursday, December 11, 2025  

• The Mara Cellar Series debuts with a four-course dinner with Hirsch Vineyards, the oldest premium Pinot Noir vineyard on California’s Sonoma Coast.  

Christmas Day: Thursday, December 25, 2025 | 11:00 am – 7:00 pm 

• Featuring a live carving station, holiday desserts, and a hot-chocolate bar. 
• USD 145 for adults | USD 45 for children 12 and under. 

New Year’s Eve Tasting Menu: Wednesday, December 31, 2025 | 5:00 pm – 1:00 am 

• A four-course or seven-course celebratory tasting experience served throughout the dining room. 

New Year’s Eve Party: Wednesday, December 31, 2025 from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am  

• Bar Mara takes over the lobby of Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis with a Champagne Bar and DJ.  

New Year’s Day Extended Breakfast: Thursday, January 1, 2026 | 7:00 am – 2:00 pm 

• A leisurely start to the new year featuring brunch specials, a Mimosa and Bloody Mary cart, and warm hospitality. 

Thanksgiving To-Go

For those celebrating at home, Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis offers a complete Thanksgiving To-Go feast prepared by the culinary team at Mara. The menu includes Butternut Squash Soup with maple and sage, Baby Kale Salad, Oven-Roasted Turkey, Sourdough Stuffing, and signature pies, Pumpkin and Pecan. 

Orders placed by Friday, November 21, 2025, will be ready for pick-up on Thursday, November 27, between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm. Pricing is USD 390 and serves 4–6 people.  

Nordic Village: A Winter Retreat in the City

Back for its fourth season, the Nordic Village brings the cozy romance of a Minnesota winter to the heart of downtown. The rooftop transforms into an intimate escape featuring private dining cabins and The Lodge, a cozy cabin-style bar with cocktails and light bites.

• Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Dinners | December 24–25, 2025 | 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm 
• New Year’s Eve Celebration | December 31, 2025 | Seatings at 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm

Pricing ranges from USD 175 to USD 225 per adult. 

In addition, winter markets take place every Saturday and Sunday from November 1 through December 21, 2025, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, featuring local artisans, Nordic Village apparel, and Minnesota-made goods. 
 
Socca Café: Sweet Traditions and Seasonal Treats

The holidays shine a little brighter at Socca Café, where pastry artistry meets playful indulgence. This season enjoy a refreshed cake menu and signature Hanukkah cookies along with favourites such as seasonal pies and the beloved Socca Lat cake mix.

Spaliday at The Spa

On Thursday, December 11, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis invites guests to unwind and celebrate the season during its annual Spaliday, a one-day event devoted to wellness, pampering, and self-care. Book any spa service on this day, and the appointment becomes entry into the festive celebration featuring:  

• Poolside DJ and holiday ambiance 
• Two complimentary beverages with light bites available for purchase
