This April, Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi unveils a special two-day collaboration at est, its signature restaurant, which has been awarded a Michelin star for three consecutive years. Chef Guillaume Bracaval of est extends a warm welcome to Chef Arnaud Dunand of Maison Dunand, the acclaimed Michelin-starred French restaurant in Bangkok.

Combining their award-winning talents, the two French chefs are set to bring gastronomes on a delectable journey with a four hands dinner at est on April 25 and 26, 2024. Guests in Tokyo are invited to experience the rich sensibility of Chef Dunand, who hails from the Alpine region of Savoie in France, through his flavourful cuisine.

About Guest Chef Arnaud Dunand

Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, a master of French cuisine and culinary icon in Bangkok’s restaurant scene, has worked in some of the world’s most esteemed kitchens with celebrated talents like Marc Veyrat, Jacques Lameloise, and Jean Francois Piège. In 2012, he took charge of Le Normandie, propelling it to new heights and earning two Michelin stars in the first edition of the Michelin Guide Bangkok. He is currently the owner-chef of Maison Dunand.
