Steve & Cookie’s Returns to Vernick Fish for a One-Night-Only Dinner

On April 17, 2024, Vernick Fish will host the team from Steve & Cookie’s for a special one-night collaboration fundraising dinner led by Vernick Fish Chefs Greg Vernick and David Paterniti along with Cookie Till, Kevin Kelly and Warner Christie. The dinner will feature classic dishes from both restaurants. Specialty cocktails by Steve & Cookie’s resident bartender Bruce and Jon Bamonte, alongside optional wine pairings, will complement the five-course prix-fixe dinner. Guests are invited to dive into the ambiance of summers at the shore with live music from Steve & Cookie’s pianists, Chris Sooy and Gabe Sacchetti. The dinner will benefit A Meaningful Purpose at Reed's Farm, Cookie’s non-profit that addresses the needs of food insecurity, soil regeneration, and inclusiveness for the communities that neighbour her restaurant.

Jean-Georges Philadelphia Announces Seven Nights of Dinner Service

Under the guidance of new Chef de Cuisine Colin Henderson, Jean-Georges Philadelphia announces the expansion of dinner service to seven nights a week.

Beginning May 20, 2024, Jean-Georges Philadelphia invites both aficionados of fine dining and adventurous gastronomes to experience exceptional culinary offerings above the clouds. Delight in the choice between an à la carte selection or a six-course tasting menu while embracing the breath-taking views of the city from the 59th floor.

Reservations for Jean-Georges are required and can be secured up to 30 days in advance, with tables available for parties of up to four guests.

Celebrate Mother’s Day Above the Clouds

A special surprise and delight moment will be offered for all guests to honour the remarkable female figures in their lives. Guests who join brunch in SkyHigh will have the opportunity to create a special Mother’s Day greeting card, with designs led by Philadelphia-based artist and founder of the Gallery of Good, Dori Desautel Broudy. Dori is best known for utilizing art to evoke joy, unify people and support various charitable organizations. Children and adults alike are encouraged to participate in her greeting card activity.
