Desert Romance This Valentine’s Day at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North

Spa for two, fondue for sharing, and celebratory Talavera and Proof menus highlight month of love

January 15, 2024,
Scottsdale, U.S.A.

Love is in the air at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. This Valentine’s Day, plan a romantic Sonoran Desert getaway, choosing from indulgent treatments in the Spa, energizing outdoor fitness classes, al fresco dining and cozy time together in spacious casita guest room and suite accommodations.

“Romance and our magical desert environment go hand-in-hand,” says General Manager Kelley Moreton. “Linger together over sunset cocktails on Onyx patio, taking in the rich colours of the Sonoran sky, or indulge over a Spanish meal shared in Talavera. Be inspired by the property’s meandering paths and rich adobe-style architecture, and take time to reconnect with a Spa treatment for two.”

Indulge Together at The Spa

Celebrate the month of love with a Love Potion duo massage in The Spa. Offered throughout the month of February, this couple’s massage incorporates a custom blended “Love Potion” shea butter with notes of rose, orange, jasmine and clove. A jar of “Love Potion” shea butter is included as a take-home gift. After the treatment, enjoy two Romeo & Juliet cocktails in Onyx Bar & Lounge, Proof or Talavera. The cocktail is featured for the month of February, combining Hendricks Gin, cucumber, mint, simple syrup, rose water and Champagne foam. Pricing begins at USD 625 per couple for a 60-minute treatment and two cocktails, inclusive of tax and gratuity.

Tempt Tastes at Talavera

Chef de Cuisine Emmanuel Urban presents a celebratory meal for one special night in Talavera on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. The menu begins with an amuse of kumamoto grilled oyster or crystal bread with berry compote and rose petals. Next, choose from an appetizer course of piquillo and oxtail tortellini or black truffle mellow rice. For the entrée, options include 30-day dry aged bourbon wagyu strip loin, wild brill with white asparagus, clams and Champagne sabayon or butternut squash pie with pepitas. Executive Pastry Chef Yudith Bustos presents a show stopping dessert course – Roses & Rosé – featuring strawberry rosé mousse, rosé gelée matcha sponge and citrus sable. The menu is available from 5:00 to 9:00 pm, at a cost of USD 195 per person, not inclusive of tax and gratuity. Reservations are strongly recommended; with the special one-night engagement, only the set menu will be available.

Casual Celebration at Proof

Head to Proof, an American Canteen, for specials highlighted for Valentine’s Day, including seafood bouillabaisse and a smoked ribeye tomahawk. For dessert, a chocolate passion cake combines luxurious passionfruit ganache with rich chocolate cake. Accompanying each course are optional cocktail pairings, perfectly matched, including the finale of Espresso-In Love presenting an elevated twist on the classic espresso martini. A la carte menu options also are available; reservations are encouraged.
